I think this domain is a real goer... all thats needed is a bit of website development and markerting.
I think you could get a buyer within 12 months if you bought it from me for $10,500 - $13,000 and lease/rent it for a good income or sell it for an large profit of about $xxx,xxx.
With it being a country do you agree that it could be a valuable asset to own in the future?

Two investors are reviewing France.me at the moment, they are looking to increase their assets and make a profit after developing the site to $100,000+. Premium domains are benefitial to own for the future, especially how the banks can't be trusted, France.me could be an asset that they might be able to leverage against bank loans, or stocks in the future for potentially $xxx,xxx. I expect to hear from them friday, or next week monday.
The question is are you a developer or a flipper?
