Got offer for Game5.com at $1400, should I sale it?
The domain is parking with Sedo and get a few bucks per month so no problem to feed itself.
I like this domain verymuch since it is a very easy remember domain for Game site, which is hottttttt today.
I have got about 10 offers for it, most range at $600-1000.
Today I got an offer at $1400, which is the highest I got till today, but still not near my expected price ($5K)
Do you think I should sell it at $1400 or hold it for higher offers?

Thats a great offer. I would sell it Except ofcourse game5 means something really special like PES08.com or PS5.com or something..

Re: Got offer for Game5.com at $1400, should I sale it?
In Chinese, the pronunceation of "5" is same as the pronunceation of "House", so Game5 actually means "GameHouse" here That is the reason I belive it can be sold at a very nice price.
I have got about 10 offers for it in less than one year, since it is self-feed by parking, maybe I can get better offers if hold it another 1 or 2 years Maybe $5k is too high to reach but 2 -3K is quite reasonable in my mind

personally i would sell it, thats a very good offer, i appreciate what you are saying but in my experience the offers don't always continue.
i did the same with a domain and turned down $1200 as i had received a lot of interest and offers, then nothing, when i came to sell couldn't get over $500
what you have there is a end user offer, IMHO sell sell sell
