Need help! Cannot renew domain from eurodns

Hey,

Did anyone of you guys fail to renew domain from EuroDNS?
My domain: supermarket.vn will be expires on 29/11/2008. i try to renew, but impossible.
The shopping cart may have problem. When i checked domain to renew, and add it to cart, the cart still empty, and it said: no domain renewals add to cart...

Im really worry that when it expire, some one will register it and i will lose my domain..

if it happen, so what should i do? or where to submit a complaint or st like that...

You should contact their support before the name expires as that's the only way to get help. Some registrars also use some bad wording if it comes to renewals. Sometimes registrars use tabs like "renew domain" which are for expired names while others allow renewing the domain within the domain management area. Maybe you have to enter the domain manager for this domain and you will find something like "add more years".

If you are worried about this domain you should contact them directly tho to ensure you don't lose the domain. If the name expires and someone registers it quickly, your complaint will go nowhere.
