About this topic I was thinking of doing manually. I was wondering if people will pay to get their from just parked website to something like I just made

What do you think? I was planning to start a biz so that domainers can develop their domain name to website like these. Should use good names though and generic one.

there is a guy over on NP that offers a service for about $125 but its not just a single page, i think he is quite busy.

personally i would be looking for whats next, we all know google doesn't like parked pages, and mini-sites don't fit googles idea of quality results, so, is there something in between mini sites and full on development?

Thats quite difficult to answer. Thats like making a half dev website.
